A rat caused an aeroplane emergency landing in Paphos

In a funny turn of events, a Thomas Cook aeroplane flying to London, made an emergency landing to Paphos International Airport last week after the pilot found a rat in the cockpit during flight. Because rodents are known to like chewing on cables, the presence of a rat in the aeroplane was a big cause for concern for the safety of the passengers. The aeroplane and its passengers stayed in Cyprus for another 24 hours before continuing their journey since the crew was having trouble locating the rat.
