If you still haven’t paid your car’s road tax, stop stressing. The period within which the annual or biannual motor-vehicle road tax has to be paid which was ending on 9th February, has now been extended until 10th March 2014. The law amending was voted unanimously yesterday afternoon by the Parliament after recommendation by AKEL. The recommendation was made after it was found that a very large number of vehicle owners had not yet paid the fees and given the current economic situation is was considered appropriate to extend the deadline by a month.
