As a result of the riots in the Arab world the prices of oil have increased in the international markets by 10% and since Cyprus is dependent on oil for electricity production it means that our electricity bills are about to get bigger. The increase will be incorporated in the upcoming bills and will cause a chain of increases in prices for other consumer goods and services.
